The Big Book of Axe Industry Related U.S. Patents Volume I: 1832-1891

The first Volume of the Patent and Trademark Reference Series covers patents related to improvements in the axe manufacturing industry of the United States from 1832 to 1891. The "Big Book" set differs from the earlier "Historic Axe Related Patents of Interest" in both size and content. The two volumes of U.S. Patents includes all of the patents included in the earlier version, as well as even more patents that were not included. The patents noted also include the full, publicly shared patent application and registration, making for a larger text but allowing researchers and enthusiasts a more in depth look into the patent wording, the images included with that patent, and the patentee and their witnesses. The format is also larger and included within a hardback cover for a more reference based feel and look. Room is left under each listing for research notes as well.
