Warehouse Hatchet

The Warehouse hatchet was manufactured by countless numbers of makers, ranging from large to small, and many off brand individual examples have been noted. These smaller, generally metal handled devices, usually had a multitool aspect to their make up, with pry bars and nail pullers manufactured into the design. Used for opening crates, moving heavy objects, and packaging products to be shipped, these hatchets served many purposes. The pictured example was produced by Fayette R. Plumb Inc.
